Вопрос по OEBS

Есть некоторые сотрудники.
Но их нет в WF_ROLES.

т.е.

select *
from wf_roles w
where w.orig_system = 'PER'
and w.orig_system_id = :person_id

что надо сделать чтобы они там появились ?

прогнать соответствующий конкарент,
вроде он Synchronize WF LOCAL tables

а может этот
Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation

чем отличаются таблицы WF_ROLES и WF_LOCAL_ROLES ?
чем отличается ORIG_SYSTEM='PER' и ORIG_SYSTEM='PER_ROLE' ?
